What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information
- Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and billing questions
- Process insurance claims and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Identify and pivot to multi-line insurance opportunities to meet client needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
- A strong sense of urgency—ensuring timely and efficient service
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Team player who takes ownership and contributes to collective success

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Cecilton, MD and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
- Auto insurance
- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
